Junmai Ginjo -Very Dry-

This very dry Junmai Ginjo grade sake is made with Sakanishiki grown in Shimane prefecture and pure spring water from Izumo. This sake is pressed with a traditional wooden tank (Kibune Shibori). With subtle aroma of rice koji and refreshing taste almost like a fresh green or pine forest.

Best served: chilled or gently warmed
